Soothes A Sunburn
Sunburn is a major health problem everyone face today while going out. But you can able to get rid of it easily. Olive Oil has a capability to block 20% of ultraviolet rays from the sun.
Simply pour some drops of Olive Oil in your hand. Rub the oil between your hands. Simply run the oil on sunburned area and leave it for few hours.
After that, rinse it off with cold water. Use it few days daily to reduce the effect of sunburn with your skin.
Keep Skin Moisturize
After taking a shower or bath, lightly pat dry your skin. Use olive oil as a moisturizer. Take some drops of Olive Oil in your hand.
Massage your skin with olive oil little long when it is still lightly damp. Apply olive oil all over your face, hand and legs while on bedtime to supple skin in morning.
Repairs Cracked Heels
Prepare a soap water and soak your feet into it for 10 minutes. Scrub your feet gently with pumice stone. Rinse your feet with water and dry them thoroughly.
Apply the required amount of Olive Oil on your heals and leave it to dry. Massage your heals with olive oil for 5 minutes. Cover your feet with clean socks and go to bed. Repeat this step daily until the cracks in your heals fade completely.
Slow Down Skin Aging
Skin aging is most common problem for all facing due to improper diet routine and malnutrition.
Gently massage your face, neck, legs and hands with lukewarm olive oil daily before going to bed for atleast 10 minutes.
Mixture of 2 tablespoon of raw honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and half cup of papaya pulp also helps to get rid of skin aging.
Mix well and apply it on your face and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Do it twice or thrice a week to get good result.
Fade Away Dark Circles
Gently rub some olive oil under your eyes and massage for few minutes before bed. Wash the area with cold water next day morning. Do it once daily for better result.
By applying the mixture of lemon and olive oil under eyes also helps to reduce the dark circles. Do it daily once for better result.
